We have a flexible process that can be adapted to your needs. 

Generally, it will follow these steps:

1. Contact Us
   Email us at [email protected], and we’ll get back to you.
2. Initial Conversation
   You have questions and so do we. Let’s schedule a time for an in-depth conversation. Together we’ll explore how we “fit”. This conversation can take place on-site at Oakview, or if you prefer, by ZOOM or telephone.
3. Site Visit
   If you and we decide to explore further, we'll invite you to visit Oakview and have a good look at the place we call home. If you choose to come here for your initial conversation, you can complete these two steps simultaneously.
4. Extended Visit
   Going forward, we may establish dates for an overnight visit. Come and spend a little time with us, join us at our dinner table, get to know us better and really get the feel of the place. Around this time, we will also make available to you our Trail Guide, which gives a picture of how we operate on a day-to-day basis.
5. Financial assessment and screening/Try before you buy
   Each of us has provided a personal credit report to the group, because each of us need to be sure we can complete the purchase and keep up with common expenses. We'll ask you to do the same. All credit reports are available to all members.
   In addition, each of us have provided a police check, specifically a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check. Please note that not having a criminal record does not guarantee you will be welcome and having one doesn’t guarantee you won’t.
   For those who opt for “rent to try” options, we’ll work together to come up with an agreement that works for everyone.
6. Make the Purchase
   Following the completion of all the above steps, if both you and we choose to continue, we will provide you with a package of documents for your review. These will contain all the information that you need in order to make an offer.
